Refund/Exchange Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any products. However, we do understand that there may be issues with defective or damaged goods. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 30 days for an exchange or store credit. Please inspect your items carefully before purchasing.

At The Pink Boutique, we want you to love your purchase! While we do not offer refunds, we are happy to provide exchanges or store credit under the following conditions:

Exchanges & Store Credit

  • Items may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 10 days of purchase.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Final sale items, accessories, swimwear, and custom-made pieces are non-returnable.
  • Store credit never expires and can be used on any future purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will gladly replace the item or issue store credit.

How to Exchange or Receive Store Credit

  2. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your exchange or issue store credit within 3 business days.
