Tracking & Delivery
When will my order be shipped?
Orders processing times vary due to us utilizing multiple vendors. Please read descriptions to see when you can expect your orders.
Custom or pre-order items may require additional processing time, which will be noted in the product description.
Can I change my delivery address?
No. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24-48Â hours for tracking updates. You can also track using the Shop app by creating an account using the email address you ordered from.
